ServiceBoss is a UK service history check. Enter a registration and we look for the service records the manufacturer holds for that vehicle: the dates, the mileage at each visit, the garage that did the work and, where the record goes that far, the individual jobs carried out.
ServiceBoss is an independent service. It is not part of DVLA or DVSA, and it does not identify the registered keeper.
We do not sell subscriptions and we do not auto-renew anything.
On the £16.99 Complete History Report we authorise your card when you order and take the money only once manufacturer service records have actually been found. No manufacturer records found? Your payment will not be taken. The £9.99 Vehicle Risk Check is charged when you order, because it is delivered whatever the manufacturer holds.
If you add V5C alerts to the Complete History Report and no service records are found, we do not release the whole payment. We keep the £9.99 risk check plus the price of your V5C alerts, and release the rest, because the risk check and the monitoring are delivered either way.
